If you choose to connect your DealCloser account with third-party services such as iManage, DocuSign or other technology platforms, we may share limited personal information including your name, email address, document metadata, and deal or matter identifiers with those services. This information is disclosed solely to enable core integration functionality and only to the extent necessary to fulfill your request.
The security of your personal information and User Content is important to us. We use commercially reasonable efforts to store and maintain your personal information and User Content in a secure environment. We take technical, contractual, administrative and physical security steps designed to protect personal information and User Content that you provide to us. We have implemented procedures designed to limit the dissemination of your personal information to only such designated staff as are reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
In certain areas, such as when you provide credit card or other payment information to us, the Website works to help protect the security of your credit card and other payment information during transmission by using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.
You have full and sole control over who can access, view and download your User Content. We will not give access to your User Content to any third party. This supplemental notice is applicable only for users in the United Kingdom and European Union member states.
UK and EU law make a distinction between "controllers" and "processors" of personal data.
