dealcloser inc. o/a dealcloser (“dealcloser”/“we”/”us”/“our”) owns and operates the website located at (“Website”) and the application located at (the “App”). dealcloser is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use and disclose information about users of the Website, App and the Service (as defined in our Terms of Service).


By using the Website, the App or the Service, you consent to the use of your Personal Information (as defined below) as described in this Privacy Policy. We collect this information when you add clients and collaborators to our platform. We will not email your clients but we may email individuals you add as collaborators from time to time with feature updates, news and marketing messages in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

At the time of collection, we will clearly identify the information being collected and the purposes for which it will be used. Use of Personal Information

We use Personal Information in the following ways:

Registration Data. When you register to use the Service, we ask for information such as your name, company name (if applicable), email address, billing address and credit card information. This information will be used to administer your account, for billing, verification and authentication purposes and to contact you in relation to the same.

System Emails. The Service must send certain non-commercial system emails to all users in order to facilitate the use of the Service. Such emails include, without limitation, project invitations, project notifications, and account maintenance communications. Consent to these emails cannot be withdrawn.

Content You Make Available. You have the ability to upload documents, signatures and other content to the App (collectively, the “User Content”). You have full and sole control over who can access, view and download your User Content. We will not give access to your User Content to any third party. We will not access your User Content without your express consent and permission and we will only access your User Content for the sole purpose of providing technical support to you. All User Content is stored in North America.

Metadata. We collect and use various metadata derived from your use of the Service. For example, if you upload a document to the App, we will record the time that upload occurred.

Marketing Communications. From time-to-time, we will send out marketing communications to you to keep you up to date on our products and services. We will email you marketing communications if you fill out any form on the Website and provide us Your email, if you book a meeting with us, attend a webinar organized by Us, or if you provide your email in exchange for a resource such as a case study. When using the Service, We will only email you marketing communications if you opt-in when you register to use the Service. You may withdraw your consent to receiving marketing communications from us at any time by following the opt-out instructions in each communication.

Feature Updates. You will automatically be opted-in to receive non-commercial feature updates when you register for the Service or if you are added as a collaborator but do not create an account. These feature updates explain new features added to the Service and are important in understanding how to use the Service and what new features are available. Feature updates contain instructions on how to use new features. You may withdraw your consent to receiving feature updates from us at any time by following the opt-out instructions in each communication.

Statistics. We collect statistics about use of the Service which we use for analytics including predictive analytics. Aggregate statistics that do not personally identify an individual will be kept by us and such aggregate statistics may be made available to other third parties.

System Logs, Cookies & Usage Data. Cookies are used by us to track content usage and traffic on the Website and App. A cookie is a feature of your web browser that consists of a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web server. Your IP address is reported by your web browser whenever you visit a page on the Website or App. This information is recorded together with your registration information on our databases.

Such third-party websites are governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of such third-party providers and we are not involved in any interaction or transaction between you and such third-parties.

Third Party Partner Integrations. Optional third party add-ons may be offered by our integration partners from time to time. Data shared with third party integration partners is subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of such third parties.

We have put in place contractual and other organizational safeguards with our agents (see further below) to ensure a proper level of protection of your Personal Information (see further Security below).
