About the role...
For this role, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will help grow our reach by finding leads and opportunities for our Account Executives. SDRs are critical to the company because they research and prospect prospective customers that our Account Executives then follow up on. SDRs are the first point of contact between a potential new customer and the company so excellent customer service skills are required. SDRs are detail oriented and able to carry out research to identify new opportunities. You’ll need to learn about our product, our industry, our sales process and our competitors.

There’s a lot to learn as an SDR but it’s ok if you don’t have all the answers or know where to find them. You have our full team supporting you and together we’ll make sure you have everything you need to do an excellent job. Your strong customer service skills, customer-first mindset and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our customers are happy.

If you don’t have any sales experience or if you’ve never worked at a tech company that’s fine! We’re looking for people who find the below interesting and want to help grow our company.
