About the role...
For this role, the People Operations Manager will work closely with the management team to find the best people to recruit, develop onboarding and performance management processes, manage benefits and payroll, and draft policies. Ultimately, the People Operations Manager will help ensure that we give our employees the best possible experience working at dealcloser.
The ideal candidate will help develop this brand new role at the company. There is a lot of opportunity to shape this role and we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and finding an answer that works for the company when there aren’t always clear answers or guidance.
