Experienced executive, attorney and M&A leader joins dealcloser’s Advisory Board

Scott currently leads the M&A and Capital Markets Advisory Practice for the Legal and Compliance markets at JEGI, a leading independent investment bank for the global media, information, marketing, software and tech-enabled services sectors. In addition, he also serves on the advisory boards of AltaClaro and Theorem LTS. In prior years, Scott led Vannin Capital’s North American business and also led Bloomberg BNA’s Bloomberg Law and Cross Platform Businesses and a large part of PR Newswire. Scott began his career as a cross border M&A attorney for two large law firms, and also served as General Counsel and Global Head of M&A and Corporate Development for a number of companies in the UBM plc. group.
