It’s a tale as old as 2020. In an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 or out of sheer preference, many lawyers are partially—if not fully—practicing from home. By now you’re probably familiar with how to automate your law firm. But how do you keep yourself and your partners motivated while working remotely? Follow these #WFH hacks to keep you focused, productive, and closing more deals.

We know that helping clients is rewarding, but what else can you do for yourself? Having a work-life balance is essential for sustaining motivation. Whether you plan something for after work, the weekend, or the future, make sure you have something to look forward to. Make a new recipe or order dinner, schedule a video call with friends, binge-watch your favourite tv show, or work on a hobby. Even begin planning a visit or trip for when everything opens up again. The options are endless.
